Tafadzwa has vast experiencing in tax training, tax advisory, transfer pricing, business restructuring, dispute resolution, commenting on and drafting of a variety of commercial agreements including consultancy contracts, shareholders agreements, sale of shares, loan agreements and business agreements. He has represented clients in ZIMRA audits. His experience includes advising individuals and companies on the tax implications of transactions in various sectors of the economy, including tax due diligence, transaction structuring and business restructuring (mergers and acquisitions). In addition, he is experienced in advising clients on tax strategy, and estate planning, and drafting opinions on tax issues including the tax impact on business through change in legislation and preparing responses to the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority on audit matters on VAT and income tax as well as attending to voluntary disclosure program matters including the drafting of objections and appeals.
